What we do with the results

The results from the SFUN survey inform decisions, identify areas of improvement, and drive change at the University of Newcastle. Feedback guides improvement to our facilities & services creating a better student experience.

SFUN results have led to initiatives like Sustain Me which provides affordable meal options on campus,  increased study spaces, increased WiFi coverage, more parking, better lighting and continual updates on our student facing platforms and tools.

All written feedback is categorised and allocated to the relevant areas for action. All survey responses are confidential. If you want to know more, have a read through the Participant Privacy Policy.
