IT and Academic Support
The resuls show that students are happier with the delivery of our IT services and benefits like subsidised software. We’ve also seen an overall improvement in our Academic Support services, so we’re on the right track. However, we know there’s still work to do, especially with some of our individual programs like PASS. Plus, we’ve heard your feedback about the Program Planner and we will be working on it to make it more user friendly. We’re committed to making these changes to better support you on your academic journey.
